Oliver Winston Wanger (born November 27, 1940) is a former United States federal judge. Born in Los Angeles, California, Wanger received a B.S. from the University of Southern California in 1963. From 1960 to 1967 he was a U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Sergeant. Wanger completed an LL.B. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1966.
